I completely scrapped WordPress – wiped clean by the wrath of me. Not that it offended; I just grew weary of what felt like too many fiddly bits for my CMS needs.
This site now runs on Eleventy, "a simpler static site builder." Sounds easy enough, though it has involved repeated crash courses in Git repositories and bookmarking user guides for Markdown. It feels weird to move away from a "what you see is what you get" writing framework, but at least I'm not typesetting in LaTeX again. Yet.
It's fine. I still don't know what I'm doing here. It'll be fine.
